At Shore Movements, we offer Private Training, Semi Private Training and Small Group Classes!
Private and Semi Private Training are tailored to provide a more personal experience. All programs are built and designed for the client based on goals and what you're looking to accomplish. Our coaches create individualized plans and will continue to re-evaluate and make changes throughout the process.
Small Group Classes are for clients who like an energetic GROUP environment. Our coaches create workouts to help clients in the classes achieve the best results possible. These full body workouts are constantly evolving and changing. We want to engage and stimulate every muscle in the body as much as possible to help you grow. To make the most out of our classes we suggest coming multiple times a week.
