At Shore Movements, we offer Private Training, Semi Private Training and Small Group Classes!  

Private and Semi Private Training are tailored to provide a more personal experience. All programs are built and designed for the client based on goals and what you're looking to accomplish. Our coaches create individualized plans  and will continue to re-evaluate and make changes throughout the process. 

Small Group Classes are for clients who like an energetic GROUP environment. Our coaches create workouts to help clients in the classes achieve the best results possible. These full body workouts are constantly evolving and changing. We want to engage and stimulate every muscle in the body as much as possible to help you grow. To make the most out of our classes we suggest coming multiple times a week.

At our facility, our team is trained to work with clients at all various levels and we will be guiding them every step of the way until they achieve their goal.  If you are looking to see your body drastically change and transform,  there are multiple components that must remain consistent in order to get you to your goal. “You must be willing to change, to see change”, that is a firm belief here at our facility. Time and time again, clients are able to lose weight and achieve their goal, but can not remain consistent enough to make it a lifestyle change.

Our trainers are focused on helping clients through the challenges navigating this lifestyle change and are successful at doing so.  The key to success is planning, implementing and following through. An individual plan is created for each client based on what is sustainable for them to help them reach their goal and continue to be successful.  Getting you to your ultimate goal should be an exciting, enjoyable process! “If it doesn't Challenge you, It doesn’t change you”. Reaching your goals is hard work and challenging both physically and mentally.

Quick fixes are not what we strive to do, we want to challenge you to stop the unhealthy lifestyle cycle and push you to become a better version of yourself. Being willing to change and give it 100% is what will make you successful. The harder you work for something, the greater you will feel when you achieve it.
